ACR Phone Dialer & Spam Call Blocker is a phone app that can replace your default Android dialer. The developers treat it as a newer product and continue to improve it, but many core features already work as a complete day-to-day calling app.

Privacy-First Permissions and Local Data Handling

ACR Phone requests only the permissions it needs to function. You can deny contacts access and still use the app, although contact-based features work better when you allow it. The app keeps sensitive data such as contacts and call logs on your device and does not transfer them outside your phone.

ACR Phone offers a modern, simple design and supports dark mode. It aims to keep dialing and call management fast without cluttered menus.

Offline Blacklist and Spam Blocking You Control

ACR Phone blocks unwanted calls using an offline blacklist that you build yourself. You can add numbers directly from your call log, from your contacts, or by typing them manually. The blacklist supports different matching rules such as Exact and Relaxed matching. You can also schedule block rules per number, which helps when you only want blocking during certain hours.

Call Announcer with Headset and Bluetooth Awareness

The call announcer reads out the caller’s name or number for incoming calls. It can change behavior based on whether you connect headphones or a Bluetooth headset, which is useful when you drive or keep your phone out of reach.

Call Notes and Reminders

ACR Phone lets you attach notes or reminders to calls during the conversation or after it ends. This feature helps you track follow-ups, store context for repeat callers, and document important details without switching apps.

Call Log: Searchable and Easy to Review

The app provides a clean call log where you can view and search past calls quickly. This section is fully implemented and ready for everyday use.

Dual SIM Support for Flexible Calling

ACR Phone supports dual SIM devices. You can set a default SIM for outgoing calls or choose the SIM right before each call, which helps if you separate work and personal numbers.

Contacts for Quick Calling

ACR Phone includes a simple contacts tab that helps you find people quickly and start a call without extra steps.

Custom Calling Screens with Photos or Video

You can customize the incoming call screen for individual contacts by assigning a photo or video. You manage this per contact by opening the contact entry and selecting the “Ringing Screen” option.

SIP Client for VoIP Calls (Device Dependent)

On supported devices, ACR Phone includes a built-in SIP client so you can make and receive VoIP calls through SIP over Wi‑Fi or mobile data.

Call Recording and Cloud Uploads (Supported Devices)

When your device supports it, ACR Phone can record calls and offer advanced recording options. It can also upload recorded calls automatically to major cloud services or to your own Web/FTP server.

Auto Dialer and Visual Voicemail

ACR Phone includes an auto dialer that keeps calling busy numbers until the line connects. It also offers visual voicemail so you can listen to new voicemails inside the app instead of switching to a separate voicemail interface.

Backup and Import/Export (In Progress)

ACR Phone provides export and import options for call logs, contacts, and the call-blocking database. The app notes that this feature is only partially implemented, so capabilities may vary by version.
